I enjoyed my stay at Schuetzen with incredible views of the waterfall. The room was clean and cozy, ideal for my short visit. While the bathroom could use some attention, the stunning scenery makes it worth it.

I truly enjoyed my stay at Schutzen. The breathtaking waterfall view and friendly staff contributed to a pleasant experience. The room felt cozy, although the shared bathroom showed some wear. Overall, it served as a great base for my Alpine explorations!

We had a fantastic group vacation! The hotel was a great base while we explored the Jungfrau region. We loved skiing at the Grindelwald-Wengen area and taking the cable car for breathtaking views. The staff was helpful, and the location was perfect. Just a heads up, the rooms are really small and can be a bit tight for space.

Our room was quite cramped, and the low ceilings were a challenge for someone a bit taller in our group. It wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it was something to keep in mind.

schuetzen is a fantastic place to stay. it's just a 4-minute walk to the train station and bus stop, making exploring super easy. the view from the hotel is stunning, and the outstanding customer service is what really stood out. the staff treated us like family, especially the friendly gentleman at reception!

The views were incredible. we loved the waterfalls and mountains. We took the cable car to enjoy some hiking trails and also visited the ski area. The restaurant was decent, though breakfast was basic. The staff were friendly, making our stay pleasant overall.

We struggled a bit with the check-in process as it felt unorganized. It took a while before anyone came to assist us. It was frustrating after a long day of travel.

The location of the place is incredible and the views from the balcony are like a dream. I was falling asleep to the sound of the waterfall every night, that's something you don't forget.

Yeah it wasn’t the cheapest but honestly for what you get it's acceptable.

My stay here was pretty damn nice, the room was spacious with views of a waterfall on one side and a lovely hillside on the other. I mean it, coming back to that balcony for drinks after a long day was something else.

We had an amazing time at this lovely spot! The view from our spacious room with a balcony was jaw-dropping, overlooking Staubach Falls. It’s an ideal location for families, as we were just a short walk to both the train station and the waterfalls. The restaurant downstairs served delicious meals, making our evenings enjoyable.

My kids wished there were more child-friendly activities on-site.

We spent 3 nights in a double room. The views were stunning and the staff at reception were super nice. Breakfast was decent, especially since they included eggs, but the restaurant was kinda dark and gloomy. Had some trouble with a missing bag during checkout, and that was frustrating.

Great location with comfortable beds, but Wi-Fi was spotty during my stay.
